Crime victims are entitled to a free copy of their report but they must appear in person in order to verify identity. Email requests for free copies will not be honored.

*In accordance with city ordinance, victims of crimes and collisions may receive one report copy without a charge being assessed. ID may be requested. The victim must appear in person to verify identity. Email requests for free copies will not be honored. Additional copies are full price.
Printed logs may be inspected at the public counter with no fee during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Computer logs are not available for inspection.
All requests for information must be in writing with all possible details concerning the names of individuals involved, and the date, location, and nature of the incident for which the copy is being requested. Vague or open-ended requests will not be accepted for processed.
