Walter Brown
A witness went to the victim’s residence to check on them. When no one answered the front door, she went to the back door, and found it half-open. She entered the residence, and found the victim on the living room floor. He appeared to have suffered multiple strikes to the head and torso area. (Report: 2006-022778) (Detective assigned: C. Piercy)

The Tulsa Police Department Homicide Unit responds to and investigates sudden unexpected and violent deaths. They also investigate felonious, assaults on police officers, police officer shootings, and kidnappings.

Major Matt Kirkland commands the Detective Division and  Tim Jones is the Captain over the Homicide Unit. Mike Huff is the Homicide Unit Sergeant. Marcus Harper and Gene Watkins are the Homicide Unit Corporals.

Detectives Jeff Felton, Mark Kennedy, Mike Nance, Cecil Piercy, Victor Regalado, Roger Smith, Kevin Hill, and Mike Zenoni are the Homicide Unit investigators.

Detectives Bob Hickey, Margaret Loveall, and Mark Robinson are the Crime Scene Investigators and locate missing persons.

Detective Eddie Majors is the Detective who investigates Cold Homicide Cases. Cold Homicides are those cases where there has been no arrest and the originally Homicide Detective has been reassigned or retired.
